| SakiTumi's Sushi Platters |
SakiTumi features our award-winning, incredibly fresh sushi items for your next event. Create your own platter, pick from the options below or choose to have sushi chefs prepare the food on location, at your event.
*All sushi platters come with edamame, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and chop sticks.
Sukoshi Platter (simple) $40 (6 rolls, 48 pieces)
Your choice of Philly, Cali and Veggie rolls. Ordered in increments of 8 pieces (1 roll).
Tukusan Platter (moderate) $60 (7 rolls, 56 pieces)
Your choice of Spicy Tuna, Charleston, Shrimp Temp and Unagi rolls. Ordered in increments of 8 pieces (1 roll).
Zenbu Platter (special) $90 (8 rolls, 64 pieces)
Your choice of Samurai, Dragon, Gamecock, Spider, Fire Island, Kazimoto and Seared Ahi rolls. Must be ordered in increments of 8 pieces (1 roll). For descriptions on these sushi rolls, please refer to our menu.
Sushi & Sashimi: Create Your Own (call for quote)
Option 1: Add SakiTumi's sashimi sampler and seared sashimi platter, add Taka Okami and Agata Mori (see menu for descriptions).
Option 2: Choose your own platter – price will be based on items chosen. Sushi rolls and sashimi may be combined with existing platters.

SakiTumi also features catered items from our grill, wonderfully flavored and perfect for your next event. Create your own or choose from one of our three options below.
*Each platter is based on a 10 person minimum order.
Burbank Grill $9.50 per person
Steamed edamame with Hawaiian sea salt and your choice of crispy Saki-Mari, fresh-made hummus with flat breads, toasted goat cheese with crispy wonton chips and SakiTumi's own tomato bruschetta, served with grilled ciabatta bread.

Pasadena Grill $11.50 per person
Steamed edamame and your choice of crispy Saki-Mari, mini--Kobe beef burgers, mini-Bangkok crab cakes and teriyaki chicken and steak skewers.

Glendale Grill $14.50 per person
Steamed edamame and your choice of crispy lobster wontons, West Coast spring rolls, Tumi-Seared ahi tuna, or teriyaki beef filet.
