Having traveled to various countries in Europe, Asia and South America, he obtained a multitude of international culinary knowledge and experience. Chef Thompson has also attended a variety of seminars and classes which include such well known speakers/hosts as Chef Ramsey, Chef Nobu and Anthony Bordain. He looks forward to each and every class, and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.		Now Introducing Sushi Classes for Couples & Groups of Four! We have been offering our sushi class to large groups for over two years now, and they have been so popular that we've had a huge demand for smaller classes geared towards couples or small groups. We now have two different pricing options based on the size of your group. All you have to do is choose a time (as long as it doesn't interfere with what we may already have on the books). PRICING: Couples (two people): Option 1: $65 each (includes food & class) Option 2: $75 each (includes food, class and hot sake or wine with refills) Groups of 4: Option 1: $55 each (includes food & class) Option 2: $65 each (includes food, class and hot sake or wine with refills) Every Class Includes: - Edamame, miso soup and ginger salad - Information on rice cooking techniques - How to prepare your ingredients - Direct training with our executive chef - Make, cut and plate at least 2 of your own rolls - Information booklet that you may take with you Please note: class usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours Have a larger group?* SakiTumi can host larger classes. During regular dining hours, we are restricted to classes of no more than 12. However, during lunch and early afternoon we can host classes much large than this.
