Specialty Sushi Rolls

Creative rolls made only at SakiTumi.

Dynamite Roll

Crab/avocado/cucumber with crab salad topping (crab, cream cheese, sriracha) then dusted with togarashi spice & tempura flakes.

Snowcrab Roll *new*

Real shredded Alaskan Snowcrab, mixed with a touch of mayo and togarashi, placed on top of a roll with spicy tuna and crisp bell peppers inside. Topped with a butter/lemon/sriracha sauce.

King Kong Roll

Crab salad mix (crab, cream cheese, sriracha) diced jalapenos, cucumber, green onion, tempura fried and drizzled with Japanese mayo. 

Kazimoto Roll

Tuna and cream cheese, flash fried and drizzled with spicy ponzu sauce. Add beef tataki or tuna on top for 5 extra.

Sunset Boulevard Roll

Crab, avocado, cucumber and tempura flakes on the inside, wrapped in soy paper with alternating slices of tuna and shrimp on top. Drizzled with sweet Thai sauce.

Fire Island Roll

Tempura shrimp and avocado topped with diced spicy tuna, Japanese mayo and tempura flakes.

Kyuri Cucumber Roll

Crab, avocado, asparagus and spicy tuna with a cucumber wrap and our own ponzu sauce.

Dragon Roll

Shrimp, crab and bell peppers, topped with avocado, eel and drizzled with eel sauce.

Rio Roll

Snow crab, spicy tuna, green onion, cucumber, sriracha and jalapenos with avocado/salmon on top. Served with wasabi aioli and eel sauce.

Raptor Roll

Fried shrimp, crab, cucumber, cream cheese and spicy mayo on the inside; flame seared beef tenderloin on top with ponzu, sriracha and green onion.

Samurai Roll

Shrimp tempura, crab, avocado, green onion and sriracha, with fresh tuna and eel sauce on top.

Saki Yagi Roll

Crab, avocado, cucumber and spicy mayo; flame-glazed salmon on top, brushed with eel sauce and topped with goat cheese crumbles.

Romaine Salad

Romaine lettuce wedge covered with tomato bruschetta and goat cheese crumbles. Drizzled with balsamic glaze and served with a side of toasted sesame dressing.

GC Bruschetta

Fresh marinated tomatoes (basil, oregano, lemon zest & garlic) and green onions placed on toasted ciabatta bread with melted goat cheese, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Crab/Avocado Bowl (served chilled)

Osaki crab tossed in toasted sesame dressing with fresh avocado slices, sesame seeds and served on a bed of lo-mein noodles. *served chilled

Toasted Goat Cheese

Goat cheese, lightly fried and served with crispy wonton chips and tomato bruschetta.

Shiitake Mushroom Toast

Marinated & pan sautéed shiitake mushrooms, placed on toasted ciabatta bread with boursin cheese. Drizzled with our house-made honey/sriracha sauce.

Shrimp Spring Rolls

Made fresh - shrimp, avocado and goat cheese, wrapped in a wonton wrapper and lightly fried. Served with sweet thai chili sauce for dipping.

Chicken Gyoza

Chicken, water chestnuts, cabbage and carrot blend in a crispy wrap, flash fried or steamed and served with an Asian inspired dipping sauce.

Lobster Wontons

Made fresh daily. Wontons filled with a blend of lobster, boursin cheese and green onion. Served with Thai chili sauce and wasabi aioli.

Stir Fry Hibachi (tapas size)

Stir fried rice with egg, zucchini, squash and green onions. Chicken ,shrimp,  filet tenderloin, or all three as the Trio.

Bulgogi Fries with Kimchi

Marinated filet slices, lightly cooked and placed on top of crispy fries, topped with an over-easy egg, kimchi and sriracha aioli.

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders

Tempura fried chicken thighs tossed in Bang Bang sauce, topped with kimchi and served on mini-buns with a side of crispy fries.

Wagyu Beef Sliders

American Wagyu beef topped with boursin cheese, sriracha-ketchup, lettuce and tomato. Served on a mini-bun with a side of fries.

Saki Salmon

Sushi grade salmon, topped with sundried tomato tapenade, lightly cooked over an open flame, served with lo-mein noodles and drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Busy day at work? Want to make your own sushi at home but don't want the hassle of making sushi rice, trying to find fresh fish, etc? We've got the perfect solution! Order our "Sushi @ Home Quick Kit" and get all the main "hard to find" ingredients you'll need to make 4 sushi rolls at home! Get the basic package (rice & nori sheets) and add 2 proteins, then choose any additional add-ons sauces you want from our list. The only items you may need from your local grocery store are a few veggies!
