2 Ways You Can Take the Class:
1) If you have a group of 4 (or more), you can book your class on a Wed/Thurs evening with a 50% deposit in advance. (If rescheduled or cancelled without 48 hours of the class your deposit is refundable).
2) Open Enrollment: One Saturday each month, we will host a class with open enrollment for up to 6 persons. The first 6 attendees that provide a deposit will be locked in. **The next open enrollment class will be scheduled in September, 2024. Check back soon for more info.

We have performed sushi classes for 8 years (we took a hiatus after covid), and they have always been a huge success. We are one of the only restaurants in the area offering classes of this type, and the best part about it is if you have at least 4 people, you get to pick the date and book your own class.
Class Price: $85 per person (minimum 4 people to book your own class)
Every class includes:
• Edamame, miso soup and salad
• Information on rice cooking techniques
• How to prepare your ingredients
• Direct training with our executive chef
• Make, cut and plate 2-3 of your own rolls
• Information booklet that you make take with you
• Each participant gets their own bamboo sushi mat to make rolls at home
For large groups (10+ people) we can make arrangements to host your class. Contact us for more info. Open enrollment classes will be announced via our social media and email. Please sign up and/or follow us.
*Please note: class usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Please plan accordingly.
